Summer is right around the corner and I’m so stoked to blog for my summer outfit! Who says sleeves like this are a little too chic? I know it can be intimidating because the sleeves of this off-shoulder top are way too puffy but hey, don’t be confounded by stares if you feel ravishing as long as it is congenial to the place. Nevertheless, to make it casual and wearable, I paired it with light blue jeans and brown boots for a touch of color.

This month, I’ve been totally into cute stuff such as this oversized Teddy shirt from my all time favorite Instagram shop, @_bcs.ph and this cute ribbon headband from SM which kinda reminds me of the barber shop everytime I look at it, I mean look at the prints! LOL. If you’ll ask me, this pair is my go-to! Plus, I’m also wearing my go-to makeup which I’ll be teaching you guys soon on my Youtube channel.
I really really really love wash off masks, although I can’t say the same for peel off masks since I never had or even tried one but they say it’s really satisfying. This year, it seemed like everyone was so hyped about the Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask and it’s all over Youtube so when the company emailed me for a collaboration, I was really enthusiastic about it. Actually they sent me three items, the other two are the Elizavecca Glutinous Mask 80% Snail Cream and the Elizavecca Gold GF Nest White Bomb Eye cream (now, that’s a very long and unique name). I have yet to make another blog post about these two and insert the link here once they’re done. So without further ado, let’s move on to the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask.
The packaging looks like a normal clay mask and even though it’s made up of plastic it doesn’t look cheap at all and of course, who can ignore that cute packaging?! Of course it’s cute, it’s from South Korea! The only thing that I noticed is that it doesn’t have an English Translation but that doesn’t affect me that much since they told me that it is made up of pure natural ingredients and my skin isn’t sensitive so that’s fine.

I can say that this mask is really hygienic because they provide a spatula and a cover before you can get to the mask itself.
When you remove the cover, it looks like this. Remember to close the mask pack as fast as you can because it bubbles up quickly and if it does that then you can’t really use it again.

Summer is over and sunny afternoons like this are rare so I took the chance and had my photos taken in the streets of Makati City before heading to the #IAmSMWoman event last Tuesday. It was traffic on the other lane and I bet the drivers and the passengers are laughing at me. I mean, how often do you see someone strike a pose and take pictures in a public place? We always see someone taking selfies and/or pictures on their mobile phones but I’m using a DSLR camera (on a sidewalk, if I may add) so I guess it is uncommon. Oh well, it took only 5 minutes for me and my sister to have a decent shot because after this I swear we ran as fast as we could because we’re late for the “I AM SM WOMAN EVENT” which is the most important thing at the moment other than taking pictures outside. When we got to the event, I registered my name and other details and they gave me an envelope with Gift Certificates which I’ll use for more shopping (yay!) at the GTW by SM and SM Woman brand. The event was really fun! There was a DJ and the Host was really jolly and excited as we all are. I met other bloggers and we joined a Styling Competition. Afterwards, the fashion show with the new styles and designs by SM were showcased. Overall, the event was a great experience for me since I’ll be going back to school and won’t be attending events for a while.

Hey everyone! I bet you’re all waiting for the swatches and mini review of Sooper Beaute’s products. This won’t be a full face review because i’ll be focusing on their lip and cheek products. Their foundation and Contouring Kit will be on a different blog post so without further ado, let’s start!
I want to mention that these pictures are not edited. I want my readers to see the real color of the products but please note that the colors may vary depending on the light.
I have two Cheek Balms right here and to be honest, this is my first Cheek “Balm”. Haha! I personally like cheek tints and cream blushes instead of powdered blushes so when I found out about these, I was really excited to try them on!
Bella is a peachy pink color while Tala is a fuchsia pink flush. To sum it all up, here’s what I think:
When I took this picture, both lip balms are sealed. In fact, all of the products from Sooper Beaute are sealed so 2 thumbs up for that! The Tint Kiss Balm in Kiss Me is a purple-pink kind of color and smells like that Bubble Gum with tattoos, comics or stickers when we were kids. Who else remembers that bubble gum? I don’t think they still sell those. The Tinte Kiss Balm in Makeout is a deep red color. If you’re looking for a lip balm with color, this is THE ONE! They’re really pigmented. It gives off a very good color plus it’s a lip balm so it’s moisturizing. I think this is very good and looks natural.
Now, the lip and cheek therapies!!! Yaaaay! The lip and cheek therapy line are matte and very pigmented. I mean, you don’t need to apply a second layer for the color to pop up.

First of all, I super-duper loooove the smell of this “scrub-mask”. It smells like the seaside and tropical fruits.

I think it’s worth it for its price because you only need a really small amount for your face. It also has a fresh scent just like after taking a bath.
